2021 Estate Pinot Noir
This is an exceptional bottling from one of the best growing years in memory. The wines are rich, dark fruited and beautifully structured. The Estate bottling continues to be our flagship wine, representing the vines planted from the entry gate on the east side of the property to the vines planted nearest the oak tree on the West side of the property. Three clones are blended including the Pommard, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777.
Bottled September of 2022, we encourage you to cellar this beautiful bottle. Drink late 2023 to 2033
THE VINTAGE
2021 will be remembered as having unprecedented heat spikes; while younger wines suffered, more mature vines flourished. At Eminent Domaine, we embrace rich fruit flavors, and the '21 vintage complimented our house style.
