The 2022 Pinot Noir from Dukes Family Vineyard is a captivating blend of Dijon 777 and Dijon 667 clones, each contributing unique characteristics to the final wine. The Dijon 667 clone brings a deep, dark fruit profile with richness and complexity, while the Dijon 777 expresses a lifted, pure brightness that we love to showcase from select vineyards. This wine opens with a definitive minerality on the nose, followed by layers of juicy cane fruit, bright raspberry, and a streak of vibrant acidity. The interplay between the vineyard’s rocky soils and cool nighttime temperatures yields intense tannins that soften into a beautifully long, refined finish, capturing the unmistakable essence of Eola-Amity Hills.

2021 Pinot Noir from Eola-Amity AVA

This pinot is blended from two beautiful vineyards located in Eola Amity AVA, including Dukes Family Vineyard and Bieze Vineyard. Both sites feature nekia soil and steep, high plantings.  This bright and expressivepinot has distinctive rose tones on the nose with a rich floral bouquet. On the palate look for hibisus tea, raspberry and strawberry notes. This is a medium bodied pinot noir with beautifully intense tannins and a soft finish. 

2022 Estate Dijon 777 Pinot Noir

The 2022 Estate Dijon 777 Pinot Noir is a standout from the westernmost block of our Estate Vineyard. Renowned for its bright, aromatic profile, this clone offers a vibrant ruby hue with enticing aromas of raspberry and plum. A customer favorite, it shines with energetic freshness. On the palate, expect a medium-bodied wine with subtle floral nuances and a refined, elegant finish.

2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir

Our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir is a bright, elegant expression of our Little Farm estate vineyard, crafted with precision to highlight freshness and purity. This is a radiant, light blush-hued wine that bursts with expressive tropical aromatics. Layers of guava and white peach lead the way, accented by hints of honeysuckle and citrus blossom. The palate is vibrant and juicy, showcasing luscious guava and white peach, balanced by a crisp, mineral-driven finish that lingers refreshingly.

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, this rosé gains its delicate color from 90 minutes of skin contact in the press. Fermented cool in stainless steel over 21 days, it retains its vivid aromatics and lively acidity, making it a perfect companion for warm afternoons and elegant gatherings alike.

2021 Eminent Domaine Blanc de Blanc

We are thrilled to introduce our inaugural sparkling wine release, the 2021 Blanc de Blanc, with only 85 cases produced. Crafted using the traditional Champenoise method, this sparkling wine embodies elegance and finesse.  

2023 Chardonnay, Ribbon Ridge AVA.

Introducing our second Chardonnay from the Eminent Domaine "Little Farm" vineyard on Ribbon Ridge, just three miles from our tasting room and estate vineyard.

This pale golden Chardonnay entices with dry tropical aromas. The palate reveals crisp green apple and pear notes, culminating in a toasted nutty finish. Light-bodied and dry, this wine boasts lively acidity and a balanced mouthfeel, aged in 22% new French oak barrels.

This is an exceptional bottling from one of the best growing years in memory. The wines are rich, dark fruited and beautifully structured.  2021 will be remembered as having unprecedented heat spikes; while younger wines suffered, more mature vines flourished. At Eminent Domaine we embrace rich fruit flavors, and the '21 vintage complimented our house style.

The Estate bottling continues to be our flagship wine, representing the vines planted from the entry gate on the east side of the property to the vines planted nearest the oak tree on the West side of the property. Three clones are blended including the Pommard, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777. This aromatic bottling is smooth and lush. The palate ranges from cherries to red berry notes. Just bottled September 6th of 2020, we encourage you to cellar this beautiful bottle. Drink late 2021 to 2028.
