Our limited edition bottling of a whole cluster pinot noir is rich in texture, spice and aromatics - only possible on the most exceptional of vintages. This 60% whole-cluster Pinot Noir from our Estate Vineyard on Ribbon Ridge, made from Pommard clones, is bold yet refined, with black cherry, wild blackberry, and brambly fruit at its core. The whole-cluster fermentation enhances its spice and floral lift, adding layers of dried rose, white pepper, and forest floor while maintaining purity of fruit.
Aged in neutral oak barrels to avoid competing with the whole-cluster influence, the palate is vibrant and structured, with juicy red and dark berries, bright acidity, and fine-grained tannins leading to a long finish. The marine sedimentary soils of Ribbon Ridge impart a distinct earthy salinity, while cool nights preserve its freshness and aging potential.
