We are thrilled to introduce our inaugural sparkling wine release, the 2021 Blanc de Blanc, with only 85 cases produced. Crafted using the traditional Champenoise method, this sparkling wine embodies elegance and finesse.

Upon pouring, it reveals a beautiful, pale straw hue with a persistent stream of fine, delicate bubbles. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of green apple, citrus blossom, and a hint of freshly baked brioche.

The palate is greeted with a crisp, dry profile, showcasing vibrant acidity and flavors of lemon zest, white and a touch of minerality. The refined effervescence adds a delightful texture, leading to a clean and refreshing finish.
