2022 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir

Our limited-edition Whole Cluster Pinot Noir is a rich, aromatic expression of Ribbon Ridge. Made from Pommard clones and fermented with whole clusters, it offers layers of black cherry, wild blackberry, Italian plum, and brambly dark fruit, framed by notes of pine, thyme, rosemary, and savory spice.

The palate is dark, vibrant, and structured, with juicy acidity and a distinctive earthy salinity from Ribbon Ridge’s marine sedimentary soils. Whole-cluster fermentation adds spice, herbal complexity, and texture while preserving the purity of the fruit.

Aged in neutral oak, with 0% new French oak, this wine is elegant yet powerful, with a lingering finish of dark fruit, herbs, and savory minerality.

Sourced entirely from our Estate vineyard in the Willamette Valley’s Ribbon Ridge AVA. This is a reflection of the Pommard clone planted on our vineyard.
